I grew up in a small country town with no shops (yes, this explains most of my issues!).

I lived in Canada for a year on a Rotary Youth Exchange when I was a teenager and I went to University in Melbourne for a degree that I no longer use....(I was actually a Radiographer! Yep, I used to take x-rays for a living!)

In my mid-twenties, I had a bit of a life event... I was diagnosed with a type of brain tumour (and I'm totally ok now by the way), but at that time, I realised that my future was up to me and I had to make changes so I got into business!

Just over 15 years ago, my business coach convinced me that I should become a business coach, so I did... great decision.

So for the last 15+ years, I've been working with business owners right around the world from start up to international, large franchise groups, speaking on stages and helping business owners to make more profit with less stress and struggle.

I'm a best selling author, I host a podcast and love nothing more than working from home in my PJ's with my hair in a messy bun!
